my younger brother has been making me so mad lately!. and it pisses me off even more that my mom still sees him as the baby of the family and one who is very innocent!. well, my brother is far from innocent! and he gets away with everything becuase my mom doesnt ever suspect anything from him!. that little shitface!! i only curse when im angry(like now), he does it constantly and for no reason! he thinks its cool!. it makes me mad that he talks so much crap to me just because hes outgrown me!. im 21 and hes 16!.
he also smokes pot and parties!. when he does these things, my mom thinks hes just going over to a sleep over, when hes really not!.
ok so im not perfect either!. ive been drunk a few times, but ive never done drugs and i dont try to act like a hard *** just to get people to think im cool!. he even thinks he can kick my ***!. well, HE CANT!. im 21 and hese 16!. hes been in fights before, but i can so beat the **** out of that little b****! hes bigger than me, but i can still win!. hes a fatass!! im clearly no good for him!. my mom always said that he looks up to me and if i make bad choices, he will do the same, well IT DIDNT WORK EITHER WAY!! ive been so good to him and hes a complete mess!. Im not mad at him for doing bad things, that would make me a hypocrite because we have all done bad things!. it just makes me mad that he gets away with it and thinks hes so tough and talks so much crap to me!. hes fully convinced that im a loser!. he told me so himself!. hes a douchbag
nonetheless, even though hes a real douchbag 95% of the time, i still love him and i dont wanna hurt him!. i just wish i could prove to him that he isnt so tough!. im sick of my family!. everyone i know is so fake where i live!. i just wanna move a way, find a girl i love and make some real friends!. any advice about my family issues!? thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There will be people you don't like all your life, and some of them are family!. Just be your good self and someday he will see you for what you really are!. Don't lower yourself to his standards!.
If you are 21 you can move out and be on your own so do it!. No one can stop you!. You can make a good life for yourself, but remember, they do care about you and after you are gone they will realize it so keep in contact!.

what i think is that your brother is going the wrong path and
your mom sees that he's doing bad things i mean she can't tell at all
come on but she prolly doesn't want to believe it since he's the baby so she thinks he's still like a little kid like you said "innocent"
and about him thinking he's all tough don't worry about it your older then him it shouldn't bother you what he says he's still young it doesn't really matter who can win i see you're getting upset over him saying that your a loser and that he has outgown you
but you shouldn't be does it make him a bigger man no
but the way i think you can make this situation better is if you
go to a good colledge away from home
find a good job and the rest goes on from there make
a life for your self but don't loose touch with your family
just take a little brake from them and give your self sometime
