Crying is one of the symptoms, do you feel sad, and/or down and out!?

You might talk to your parents and let them know what you're going through, and maybe talk with a counselor at school and tell them, and see what they suggest!.

I'm being treated for clinical depression, and I can tell you it's no fun!. I got to where I could cry at the drop of a pin - for no reason at all!. I finally got help - and I feel so much better, I wish I'd done it a long time before I did!.

Rather than just focus on the word depression, figure out exactly what is stressing you so much that you cry at the end of each day!. I'd say that something at school is overwhelming you and you just put up a brave face at school, but you need to resolve some problems!. First think about why you are stressed and then write down some possible solutions!. Then decide which solution would be best and go for it!. God bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
