My friend needs help..eating disorder?!

Question: My friend needs help!.!.eating disorder!?
my friend is bulimic!.
i had thought she stopped, but she didn't!.
i just found out today, that all last year, she was doing it!.
i was in a little middle school fight with her last year, so i had no way of knowing until now!.
but none of her friends have done anything to help her!.
i dont know what to do!.
its really upsetting to hear that my friend has a serious problem, and no one wants to help her!.

she says she is not bulimic anymore, but her teeth are yellow, she has cuts on her knuckles from shoving her hand down her throat, and is consistently talking about who gained weight from last year, and how skinny she is, (but she really isnt skinny, i think she wants to think she is)

any way, i dont know what to do!.
all of the signs are saying to help her, but i dont know how!.
any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Try to find a way to get a message to her parents, even talk to them privately if you can!. You are likely not going to be able to do anything on your own!. This is for family to work out!. They may already know, and may be trying to work on solutions quietly at home!. You can at least have the satisfaction of letting them know that you noticed and that you care!. Hopefully things will work out in the end!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old is she!? Tell the school, or her parents!. You need to get her help!. Whoever you tell make sure they don't tell her that it was you who told them, so you don't ruin your friendship!. Keep it confidential!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell her parents!. Seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to tell someone, she could seriously be hurting herselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
