How do you relieve stress while at work?!


Question: How do you relieve stress while at work!?
What are simple techniques you use to relieve stress while you're at work!? After 3 to 4 hours of work I always feel my shoulders and back really tightening and it is excruciating to sit at my desk any longer!. I also get so overwhelmed I just lose my drive to do what needs to be done!. All I look forward to is going on break or the day being over!.

I used to enjoy my job but now it's getting to be too much!. While I am looking for another position, what can I do in the meantime!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like your posture is poor or perhaps your desk and chair are not in the correct position for you!. A lot of work sites have departments or policies under health and safety to protect workers from working in uncomfortable situations that could lead to health issues or sickness!. It is not possible for anyone to perform their best or concentrate if they are suffering stress, pain or discomfort so you must try and resolve this situation as it is not good for you in the longer term!. There are many ways of managing stress but if you can identify your sources of stress before you spiral into distress you have a better chance of success!. Take a breather !. !. !. !. I am sure you already do, but if not - take 15 minutes and get out of the office, even if that means just stepping outside!. Do something you like - read a book even, just do something you enjoy for 15 minutes!.

rub the back of your neck!. put some icy hot on it!. go outside for some fresh air if possible!. or walk around!. and get plenty of sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
