I need advice on my anxiety?!


Question: I need advice on my anxiety!?
I noticed that here lately that when I become very stressed out my body tenses up and my hands epically!. It hurts so much it feels like my bones want to go through my skin!. Also I started having ticks when I get extremely stressed out, it sounds like I have to clear my throat and cough at once!. I'm worried and don't know if anyone else has something like this happen or any advice on what I should do!.

i know what you mean, i have anxiety and panic attacks!. you think it would be mental stress, but no it have to be physical too!. try to relax before you do something stressful!. say stretch before a test and breathing calmly!. you may need to see a dr i dont know how often or bad they really are, so sometimes meds can help!. other than that lots of rest, exercise and eat healthy!. Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!

I also deal with anxiety!. My muscles get very tensed up and it hard to move them or breath because I get so scared!. But one thing that helps me is forcing myself to exercise, especially push up or sit ups, even if it's just for a few minutes it helps get a lot of extra energy out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you do sound stressed out, maybe you can talk to a therapist or doctor to make sure you do not have an anxiety problem!. Treatment can work wonders!. I am a therapist and I see this alot in my anxiety patients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
