Question: I have so much to happy about but instead im so sad!?


im so miserable!. i hate myself, and rarely smile anymore!. i have so much to be thankful for!. a beautiful house, beautiful children!. why cant i find happiness anymore!? i just feel like a robot!. i have seen a pshyc, and that kind of hit a stalemate!. besides, all they want to do is put me on anti depressants, and i hate those things!. what am i supposed to do!. this is taking me over!. i feel like my life is crashing down!. everything is just falling to pieces at our house because i cant pull myself together!. also i am starting to feel rage!. i snap off at the littlest things and i want to hit everybody!. please someone help!. i am so desperate!.


i have been antidepressants, and they all were baaaaad!. they all made me someone i totally am not!.

I think you need some "time-out" for yourself!.

maybe you forgot how 2 have fun and laugh coz you are always busy and working!.

go on holiday or spend some time with the people you really love!.

or just take some time off work and just relax and live again!.

Perhaps you need to change the antidepressant, talk to the doctor, they keep prescribing different one until hit the right one!. Also you need to see a psychology the pill by itself is not enough!. You probably have an subsonsciously problem that you are not aware off!. You could also have an hormone imbalance!. The antidepressant start working after 2 or 3 week!. Maybe you should find some group therapy for your problem!.
But please don't be skeptical about trying other antidepressants!.
There are so many & usually, with a good doctors help, a person can find one that is right for them!. If you keep resisting my two suggestions you could ruin your life & your families lives also!.
Don't give up!. Ask your Doc about therapy groups or other meds!.
The medicine that would be right for you won't make you feel like someone you are not!. It will just mellow you out a bit!.
