How can I stop from feeling this way?!


Question: How can I stop from feeling this way!?
I have a constant negative stance on myself!. I went through anorexia, gained it back, and even through recuperation I still have a bad outlook on myself!. I always feel ugly and fat, and I just want some way to stop it!. Almost every morning I get really upset from looking in the mirror because I just don't look good to me!. I don't know if it's a distorted image or not, but I really want to feel beautiful for once!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need reprogramming, yes like a computer almost!. You have been programmed somehow to think that you are less than, not good enough, ugly, etc etc!. Now you have to program yourself to believe the truth of you!. The truth of you is that you are beautiful!. Speaking nicely to yourself is a start!. If you have Limewire or the like, you can search Louise Hay and download some of her recordings!. She went from hating herself after finding out she got cancer and other stuff to loving and adoring herself!. It's a start!. You can also take those affirmations from her CDs and put them on little post-it notes and tape them up around your room to remind you to think positive about yourself!. Most people think that they don't want to lie to themself, but you are lying to yourself by saying negative stuff to yourself!. Learn to love yourself!. You could also sit in front of a mirror, look into your eyes, hold your throat with your right hand (no, don't choke yourself) and look into your eyes and tell yourself "I love you" and if you can't look into your own eyes, try looking at your mouth!. Keep doing these exercises daily!.!.!. it will take some time for this to become automatic!. I'm sure it took some time to make the negativity automatic, so give it some time and your best effort and I guarentee you will change and FEEL it!.

The book I started with by Louise Hay was "You Can Heal your Life!." What a lifesaver!.

When you look in the mirror your brain receives 2 million bits of information (a large proportion of them visual, some sound and feeling)!. Out of this number, you 're consciously processing between 5 and 9 bits of info!.Out of that 2 million then, you appear to be noticing the very worst (and possibly making it seem worse), this means that there are almost 2 million bits of evidence contradicting your beliefs about your appearance!.
What evidence of attractiveness are you choosing to ignore!? What would happen if you chose to acknowledge them!?

I went through anorexia too!. The doctor I was seeing taught me a trick to deal with mirrors!. When you look in a mirror don't look at the whole image, take small parts (e!.g!. your eyes, OR your Lips, etc!.)!. Eventually you will be able to look at the whole and see how beautiful you really are!.

You should also be working with a counselor!. It is a long road to recovery, but it is worth it, don't give up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're wasting too much time in the mirror, don't worry about your looks!.!.!.trust me!.!.!.EVERYONE will get old and wrinkly and evetually look the same in the end!. go out to a park, feed some ducks!. if people aren't saying negative things about your outside appearance, im sure you look fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to start by yourself!. You should always think positive!. You should always look forward never backward!. You have to love yourself first to let others love you!. In this world there is only one you!. This world would not be the same with out you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
