Answers:
You have it a little backwards!. Depression can cause pessimism!. I strongly encourage you to get medical help!. There is no shame in depression, it is an illness like any other!. Would you not go to the doctor if your arm was broken because you wouldn't want your parents to think you got injured!? Seriously, medications can work wonders (in spite of what some fool answered)!. Therapy can also be a great help!. I'm not a fan of psychiatry, but psychologists (who are trained differently) can use their training and an impartial ear to help you discover some things that you may need to learn!. Depression can be like digging a hole while you're standing in it!. The longer you wait to stop digging (get help), the harder it may be to get out of the hole!. Please get some help immediately!.

Best wishes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you love your girlfriend you will think positive!.Every time your mind think that she will never be loyal to you, call her and express how much you love her!.Grab your best suit and take her to romantic dinner!.Manage your mind!.God put our heads on top so any part of our body should respond to what the brain is commanding!.When you are about to get irritated, look around you, look for funny things and begin to smile, you will forget bad feeling!.Discuss the thing with your girlfriend and you will be both laughing!.You do not want to see a doctor,so you must cure yourself by being positive and jolly!.

Pessimism is a manifestation of depressive thoughts!. You know what you have to do, you've got to go see your doctor!. Get up and let some light into your room and get dressed!. Some medicines might be he culprit of your emotional state!. Tell your doctor about what you are feeling and ask him to change your medicines!. Your doctor will replace these with others which may have a better effect on you!. Then go buy these new medicines and begin new treatment!. You may want to keep a journal or diary as to your daily emotional state so that you have a record of this to present to your doctor if in case the new medicines again have to be replaced!. You should be well on the way to a better more beautiful life very soon!. take care and God bless!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
