Question: What does it mean if youre depressed or down for no reason!?
Lots of the times ill be really sad or down for no reason at all!. I cant figure out a reason!. I don't think its depression cause im only "down" and not "really sad or depressed!." So im only a little sad but i cant think of a legitimate reason for why i feel that way!.

your probably undergoing a lot of stress from school, sports, or other activities you are in!. Don't worry to much about what's going on, when you begin to feel down call a friend and hang out!. Keep your mind occupied on positive things, rather than negative!. Trying to stay happy will always keep you in a better mood!. And sometimes simply smiling when you feel down can release endorphins in your body and trick you into lightening your mood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it means something is making you that way but you try to block it out but you cant you know like if your mom said your bf cant stay over you try not to act pissed but you are something like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
if theres no obviouse reson it may be the weather sounds silly but is it sunny where u r cos if it not than that could be it!. its called sads seasonal affective disorder unhappy when its grey and happy when its sunny!.
