Question: Any answers or suggestions please!?
I am struggling to cope with my emotions; I have been attending counselling courses for the past 3 years & am on the diploma level, I have gained much insight about myself, how I think, behave etc, along with others around me, I am now starting to see how people take liberties, use, manipulate & really try to impose their crap onto me lately more clearly than ever, so much so that I become furious thinking about it!.; when I was young I would usually fight someone who attempted this stuff, & usually win the fight!. I have grown since then, & dont fight etc, though now through awareness of self I swollow down the feelings, & or express how I feel, though this does not seem to satisfy the yearning to lash out revert back to childhood ways, & want to tell these people straight, "that they are taking the P1$$, and to back off, I am really struggling with this, I have recieved loads of self development therapy, though have never learned how to express anger apropriatly, I am an aries, male also!. please can you help with some suggestions as my mental & spiritual health is begining to deteriorate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Violence begets violence and ever was so!. It causes pain suffering and distress on those that it is inflicted upon and you need to grow up and develop 'self-control'!.Its called being a responsible adult!.
Anger is a negative and destructive emotion and should only be used in the most life threatening situations!. eg to save your life or anothers!.

This is not about other people this is about you and how you behave, so its up to you to change!. Being an angry aggressive human being living with others will simply make your life unfulfilling and difficult and all the enery that you could have directed towards good positive things will have been squandered, this is a total waste and as far as I am concerned is a crime!.

I hope the course has been a wake up call and that some of these words have been enough to shake you up and realise that you can live without these angry thoughts and emotions!.
As for others manipulating you, practise saying the phrase no thanks then leave!.

take up a martial art maybe kickboxing!.!.it enables u to channel that negative energy into a punch bag!.!.!.!.!.also increased self esteem from the gains in fitness ans self assurance!.!.!.!.and u will look better from all the exercise therefore increasing your chances with the babes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.job doneWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have always found that you can let out alot of stress and bad feelings when working out!. At least it works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If these people giving you crap are friends, then a change of friends would be in order!.
If they are just general people in society - well then all I can say is society is a mixed bag and you can't control everyone, you will - as you are worried about - drive yourself insane if you try and tell off everyone who is taking liberties or is crap to you!.
There are some great people out there and some that are just ******* - and some that come across as being not so nice - but underneath really aren't that bad!. I worked serving the public for 7 years on a customer service desk and I reckon 85% of people are nut cases, rude or just plain irritating!. Saying that, I am sure that I come across sometimes as any of the above, but I am not one to take liberties or manipulate people!.
I have a friend who has been doing physcology at Uni for the past 3 years, she now analyses every man she goes out with and gives names to all of the mental dissorders she says they have, she told me my daughter had some sort of seperation anxiety because she wanted a cuddle from me, and told me I had become a hermit (not sure of the medical name) because I didn't go out as much as I used to (funny that, since I have children to care for now!?!?)
My friend has a lot of trouble holding onto any relationship - most don't get past the first date!.!.!.!.!.!.!.there is always something wrong with them!.

You need to avoid ending up like my friend, and don't annalise everyone you meet or their actions!.

Don't let yourself get into a situation where people can manipulate or take the p!SS out of you, maybe you look like the type who is easily manipulated - you have to look after yourself and see them coming before they can affect you!. But remember - you can't save the world from annoying people, they are just there, you need to ignore it and let them deal with their own Karma when it hits them later on in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
