Why am I losing my mind?!

Question: Why am I losing my mind!?
Lately Im really stressed out, I think that Im going to flip out and go insane!. Im in high school!.!.!.!.a junior, so all of my classes are hard, I have two jobs, I am in various clubs and Im GOING CRAZY!

There is this boy that harasses me constantly and it pisses me off, and I dont talk to my parents because they wont listen to me!. I recently found out that my step dad is using meth!. I am the only one that knows about it and there is nothing that I can do but feel like a worthless piece of crap in the situation!.

What can I do!? I need help, Im not really going crazy, I am mentally sane, but I honestly need change and I dont know what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do everything you can to focus on your studies!. You will be applying to universities in a year!. Try and get yourself in a situation where you will be able to get out of the house and support yourself either through scholarships, financial aid, or work!. You need to focus on yourself and on your future!. High school is so, so hard for almost everyone, even for the kids that seem to have everything together!. The good thing about it is that it ends, and ten years from now if you play your cards right you will look back on this time in your life and be so happy that it's over with and that your life is in such a better place!.

I had a horrible step mother but I left for university and never had to talk to her again!. I know that your situation is different, but remember you control your destiny!. Make choices that help you get where you want to be!. Tell the guy to leave you alone, and if that doesn't work talk to a guidance counselor at your school and ask his/her opinion!.

It also sounds like you are overextending yourself!. Try to cut back on your activities!. Learn to say no when people ask you for your time, unless it is something you really, really want to do and feel like you can handle!. Remember that you are only one person, there are only so many hours in the day, and your first commitment is to your wellbeing!.

Good luck!. I know it sometimes feels overwhelming, and like this is the way life will always be!. But it isn't!. Things get better!. I promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry you're going through a rough time!. You may wanna talk to somebody about his meth addiction because it could result in something that ends up very dangerous for him or possibly for other people!. and with your schedule, too much of anything is not a good thing (even work), you might wanna cut down on a few of the clubs you're in or maybe your second job, cause you gotta have down time for relaxation or you just won't feel mentally healthy at all!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have felt like a worthless piece of crap a few times!. I suppose it's normal to feel like we are going crazy sometimes!. Life is fairly complicated!. I have no great insight to share, but as for the boy you harasses you, just insult him so bad he gives up!. Tell he he is just simply ugly and obnoxious, that should get rid of him!. As for your step dad's situation, he needs a lot of help, maybe some encouragement!. However a social worker told me that meth addicts have nearly a zero recovery rate, so maybe he can't beat it!.

Wish I could fix your problems!. Best I can do is wish you well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To me it sounds like you have alot on your plate!.Have you tried talking to someone about it all so it isnt all bottled up inside you!?Maybe you need some time away to just think about yourself, but the main thing is to open up to some one that you trust so you can release some of the tension that you are feeling!.Good luck, hope you work everything out soon and start relaxing!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
