Question: I think ive lost it, please help me :(!?
i just had a break down, sobbing, shouting, fighting my partner off me, i tried to get out of the house but he stopped me, ive only just stopped crying, he had to hold me down so i didn't do any more damage
i don't know whats wrong with me, it just came out of blue :(

Well, first of all you are pregnant!. Hormones are crazy when prego!. Also sounds like you could have bi-polar disorder, which can easily be treated with some medication, after you have the baby!. I have bi-polar myself, and it is exactly like what you described, happy one minute and the next minute you are screaming, crying, ect!. for no reason!. You should seek some therapy until it is safe for you to take some meds though!. It will help you keep your emotions under control and get things off your chest before you erupt and end up hurting yourself, or worse, the baby!. If you feel yourself getting angry or like you are going to have another breakdown, go for a walk or take a warm bath!. Try to get your mind off of what is bothering you, distract yourself with something you enjoy doing!. Look up baby stuff online, or you could even call someone that would be willing to just listen to you!. I hope this helps, I really do!. I've been there, I feel your pain!. you need to have a psychiatrist evaluation, it sounds like bi-polar !. if this isn't the first time!. you need to go talk to your dr and get him to set you up with a psychiatrist!.you have a chemical in balance going on in your brain!. so don't be afraid of seeking help to get you feeling better and well balance again!. you can also go on the web and put in bi-polar disorders signs!. good-luck and god -bless take care and pray for answersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well you should think about everything that wasn't going ideally for you lately, and any confusing "thoughts" you were having might have accumulated and accumulated, and maybe you took them seriously!.

Next time, force yourself to not take your "thoughts" seriously, even if your future seems bleak!.

Stress also causes this kind of reaction!. Reduce your stress by getting whatever needs to be done out of the way!.

well youve probably just been building a lot up inside yourself!.!.!.and just couldnt hold it in any longer!. its happened to me before too!. probably to a lot of people!.!.!. i dont know how religious you are, but just look to God!. he loves you and can help you life your burden (cast all your anxieties on him because he cares for you -1peter 5:7)

what were you doing when this happened, something you were doing triggered this "breakdown" more info would help!.
