Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

First you feel "Anxiety" then you turn it into a panic attack!.Then you feel like you are having a heart attack! Anxiety will give you many unneccessary trips to the hospital!. I have very very bad anxiety!. It used to be really bad!. It still gets bad sometimes but not so often!. You will always hear the same thing with anxiety!. from everyone! They will all tell you its in your head!. It actually is!. It is a chemical imbalance in your brain!. you can take medication for it but really the medicine will do you more harm than good!. you have to find a way to get over it on your own! For me ive learned to get through my anxiety thinking of my kids, my loved ones and just calming myself down and realize that anxiety shouldnt have to take over your life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

your stomach feels like it has butter flies in it like jumpy, your hands shake, some people who never sweat,sweat really badly, there could be heaps of other things everyone has different symptoms!. hope this helps anyway
