Racing thoughts are possibly a symptom of a manic episode of bi-polar!.

Racing thoughts are exactly like they sound, they are thoughts that race!. Lots of different thoughts that go so fast and change topic and the person who is thinking them can barely keep up and this may also affect their speech and they may talk very rapidly and change topics frequently and seem easily distracted!.

My assumption is that it's a bit like when you are trying to sleep at night and you just want to relax but can't stop thinking about everything, except it is in hyperdrive and a lot faster!.

If this is for personal interest I hope I've helped!.
If it's for homework, stop cheating and try looking things up and learning the proper way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me it's like the thoughts are racing so fast and making my head spin that i can't actually hold on to any thought!. Just feels like my head is crammed full and because i can't follow a thought through it just leaves me feeling confused and unable to concentrate on anything!. I also find it to be worse at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
