Question: Bipolar anxiety i have no idea!. help me!.!?
I dont know whats wrong with me!.!.!.

Im like depressed in the head!.!.!.
i dont even know who i am anymore!.
Like i come to school super happy and then the minute i see people all happy i get depressed!.!.!. its like my happiness is just a figment of my imagination!.!.
and im scared of having my car window open!.!.!. i freak out sometime because im scared im going to fly out!.!.!.!. wierd i know

i stress over such stupid things!.!.!.
i spend hours thinking about what im going to say TOMORROW!.

oh and forget about public talking!.

i hate talking when in a group of friends bigger that 3 people!.!.!.
also im afraid of commitment!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

You do sound depressed!. Maybe a hormonal imbalance!.
