Do you think I should still see a therapist?!

Question: Do you think I should still see a therapist!?
About 3 weeks ago some stuff happened with my insurance that I am still trying to get figured out and I am not able to see my therapist!. I have only been seeing her for a couple months but I have made great progress!. I went to a therapist for depression and threw that found out I have anxiety and I reject myself!. Before I was very unhappy with my life but since than and seeing a therapist I have been feeling really great!. Since seeing a therapist I haven't been all that depressed and I have been able to control it pretty well!.

Since I haven't been seeing my therapist I have only been really depressed for 2-3 days but it was the worst I have been depressed since seeing a therapist!. Things have been going pretty well, but I am about to go threw some changes in my life that are really scary to me and I am not sure who to talk to!. I am 21 years old and in August is when I completley moved out of my parents house and now I have to quit my job of 4 years to get a job closer to school!. I am going to be away from friends and family for longer periods of time(i go home every weekend, but my new job might not allow that) and overall its just scaring me!. I haven't started the new job, orientation is tomorrow and i am having a lot of second thoughts about it!.

Anyways!.!.!.!.my mom asked if I need to see a therapist because of the whole insurance thing and she doesn't want to deal with it and i told her i don't know because when i was we were making such great progress with myself!. I was really starting to know myself and start to learn a lot about myself that I didn't know!. We were just about to start working on some things about myself that I would like to change!.

Okay now that i've written a book, do you think i should still see a therapist!? I mean I feel that I should but if i go to a different person I really wouldn't know what to say because i haven't really been depressed or anxious, granted I do have days when I'm not feeling that great!. Changes are always scary! The only one who can answer the question on if you still need to see your therapist is you! I seen a Therapist for 7 yrs!. The reason it was 7 was because I listened to others!. My therapist had said to me 3 yrs!. before I stopped seeing her that I no longer needed to see her!. A year before I stopped seeing her she had said to me that I could do her job!. If you allow others to make the decisions for you, you will never experience what you really want to!. You are the only one who can make this decision GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personaly i think that you really should go see the therapist but not get so reliable on her!. As your learning about yourself just dont be so hard or get so fustrated!. Becauseshe wont always be there!. Just relax with the other one!. All you can do is be open and honest and that helps a whole lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it wont hurt!. you should just do it!. you wont get any better if you dont chances at something that might help you!. in the mean time ill try to help you and give you anything or something to help out!. hang in there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems to me that you still need some help, so go to a new therapist!. Don't worry about what to say --- it's the therapist's job to guide you in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
