Question: I think i hav ADHD or bipoler!?
Ok so i havent felt like myself in a really long time!. Everything feels like a dream!. I dont know what to do, I feel depressed but then i dont!. I have crazy mood swings i cant pay atention at school!. I feel really high and i cant really control the way i act i times!. i have no idea what it is also i have painful headaches almost every other day!. I know this isnt a full list of the symptoms ive been having but its the main ones

It sounds more like bipolar, especially because of the highs!. That's not to say you don't have ADHD as well!. It's possible to have more than one diagnosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to the doctor!. It could be psychological but with the headaches and impulsiveness, it could also be something physical!. You need an MRI of your brain before you assume that you have a psychological problem!.
If all that is normal, then you need to see a psychiatrist!. You shouldn't have to live like that, when there's help out there!. Psychiatrists take health insurance and really don't charge any more than any other specialist, so go and get help asap!.

I think you should really get some professional help, talk to someone like a counselor in your school and see if they can recommend someone or tell your parents or someone that you can talk to!.!.!.!.Actually, I feel really out of it when i drink too much caffeine, I know that probably isn't the case with you, but take a good look at the foods and drinks you consume also!.!.!.!.good luck and try and get some help, there are alot of people who feel like you do and there ARE people out there who can help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm well its def not ADHD but it duz sound a lot like bepolar so you may wanna c sum1 about it!. ok well i hope i helped : )
