Question: How much sleep would you recommend for students at age 16!?
During weekdays, I tend to sleep at 11:30 P!.M!. or maybe 12!. When I wake up at 6 A!.M!. in the morning, I feel energized, I don't feel tired!.
Has this become a habit, because when I try to sleep a little early (At 10:30), I feel so tired the next day!. Is this really BAD for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is now known that adolescents need more sleep than adults, about 9 hours per night!. About 9 hours and 15 minutes is optimal!.
The amount of sleep you're getting isn't sufficient for the typical teenager, though it's probably about the average most are getting, unfortunately!. You may be one of the lucky ones that has the ability to thrive on that amount of sleep!. We're all unique, so even the amount of sleep "rule" is not set in stone!. It varies from person to person!. Other things that affect the overall quality of sleep include things like level of noise, darkness, temperature, electromagnetic fields, and the ability of the person to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
