Have you taken effexor or wellbutrin? help please :D?!

I had some of the strangest (initially pleasant, later a bit more frightening) auditory, visionary and sensory) hallucinations with wellbutrin!. It took a few days to regain balance, concentration, the ability to talk 'normal' etc!. It's not for everybody I'd say!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Effexor XR is a really really bad medicine if you ever decide to go off of it!. I was only on it for a few months but I was shaky, my ears were constantly ringing, I was dizzy and I would cry for no reason but I was really hyper at the same time!. That was just while I was on it!. Coming off of it was all of that times ten!. Plus increased anxiety, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, I almost completely stopped eating and I was always nauseous!. I haven't heard anything about Wellbutrin!. Talk to your doctor about it!. They'll help!. (: Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I had to go on that for a period of time, Welbutrin worked great for me!. I could still have a great sex life as well!. I didn't gain weight at all either, if anything I too lost a little!. Why are you on Antidepressants!? Have you tried Sam-E!? You can get it at a natural food store, and in studies it's helped BETTER than prozac or any of the antidepressants out there, yet its safer-healthier!.!.!. *( It still contains the chemicals your body needs )*!. My friend is taking it and loves it!.

You should give it a try, and there isn't any weight gain-emotional issues, or side effects

I was on wellbutrin for a few months and it definitely did what it was supposed to do!. The thing is!.!.!.you can't go off of other's experiences with these medications because we all react differently!. I know of several people who tried 2 or 3 different antidepressants before they found the one that was right for them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took wellbutrin a long time ago!. It worked well for my depression, though it did nothing for anxiety!. However, it also made me intellectually slow!. My head felt like it was filled with dead tissue!.

I now work in mental health!. I've been told that effexor works well--but it is a nightmare to get off of once your on it!.

I took Wellbutrin for awhile and it was fine and i didn't have any side effect!. But when your on one antidepressant and then change to another its hard on your system as your body is use to one med and then your on a new one!. I had problems at first and was extremely depressed and then it worked out after a few weeks!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have never had wellbutrin but im on effexor 150mg a day and it does cause weight loss my appetite is down loads overall i would say that effexor is helping with my depression slightly but it did make my anxiety go worse and before i took effexor i red all bad things about it and there terrible side effects but i can honestly say that they where not that bad i get some dry mouth slight dizziness but its a small price to pay if it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I was taking 75 mg of effexor and the side-effects were TERRIBLE!. I could hardly eat, my mouth was always dry, I would get real hot sometimes, shake, and other times feel as if I were about to pass out or die!. If I forgot to take my effexor I would feel all these side effects doubled!.!.!. I definitely don't recommend effexor!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about the weight loss but I have been on wellbutrin about three years!. I take one twice a day!. They are 150mg!. Dr started me on that easying me off the smokes!. Helped alot plus I am not as moody, more even natured!. hey good luck whatever you end up with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
