ok!. i know all these things are ridiculous!. but i get scared of vampires, ghouls, zombies!. everytime i see som1 in nighttime i almost scream!. i even got scared of a scary elmo vid on youtube!. (ELMO KNOWS WHERE YOU LIVE!!!) (ELMO IS WATCHING YOU!!!) i get really scared over all those ridiculous and stupid things but i can barely sleep at night because of them!. i keep waking up in the middle of the night and thinking that there right behind me!. is there any way to calm my nerves!? kuz i dont wanna be like this forever!. my mom wacthes loads of scary movies and i like to annoy her so i have to watch them too!. pwease hewp a widdle fwady cat =!.(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Phobias can happen to everyone!. You aren't alone! What is it that makes you scared of these "creatures-vampires!?" Are they hurting your or killing you, or are you afraid that they will!.!? Definately stop watching horrible movies, and seek some counseling!.
