Question: Why do i have such a bad memory, I'm only 13!!?
I have an awful memory, i have to write things down and stick them to my wall other wise i would forget where the paper is!. Like I'll be in class and I'll be like "what lesson is this again!?" to the person next to me, i always forget what I'm writing half way through and i always forget where I'm going, for instance if i am going in the shower I'll get up the stairs and be like why am i up here!? and then i remember when my mum asks me if i have been in the shower!.!.!.!.what's causing this!? My guess is your overstimulated or have too much on your mind to focus on one thing!. That is how I was at 13!. If it becomes a big problem though you should go get a check up just to make sure you are getting the proper nutrition that can affect your memory sometimes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
