Question: Help can stress make you ill!?
i have got a really bad cold and stomach bug (sickness bug) for the last couple of week which i cant get rid of
does aany 1 no any cures which will help!?
and do you think i cant get rid of it because of stress!? becuse at the moment i am doing a full time college course which i leave house at 7 and get in at 6 mon-wed then placement and a weekend and evening job

Usually with stress usually you have mental illnesses like depression!.You do not have physically sicknesses although you can grow a lot more tired then usually and moody!.Sometimes when you are overly tired your body can not fight sicknesses off as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress can cause physiological symptoms such as elevated heart rate, increased blood pressure, shaking, nausea etc!. Over a prolonged period of time it has been shown to lower the function of the immune system, making you more susceptible to illness!.

Have you tried setting aside an hour or half an hour each day in which you can be totally alone and try relaxation techniques!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes stress can make you severly ill! it runs your immune system to so low that any bug going around you will catch!
sounds like you have taken on too much!. you need to cut back and allow your body to repair, you cant burn the candle at both ends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
