Question: My father, hateness, emotional scars!?
I hate my father very deeply like from the bottom of my heart!. He has been abusing me since I was a kid!. He has his screws loose!. He doesnt give a fig to my emotions!. In response, I hate him very badly!.
I have had a lot of emotional scars because of his disgusting and violent behavior!. I feel way too depressed to live with him and get along with him!. I feel so bad and I want to have a peace of mind!.

You can't dwell on his faults because it causes faults with you and makes you an ugly person to be around!. You need to find a way to deal with it and understand, you can't change the way he is but can do something about the person that you will change into!. Worry about yourself and the things you can do to grow and better yourself!. Hate is a terrible thing to have inside, learn to accept that hating him doesn't do anything but bother you!. I promise you this, he doesn't even know or care that you feel that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are forced to live with him then you need to take steps to deal with your anger and upset!. talk to a counselor, if you have access to one at school or through a religious setting or if you can get to a private counselor!. If it is possible to change your living situation that would obviously be ideal-do you have a relative you could stay with instead!? getting to a counselor is your first step and they can advise you on options available to you to change your living situation if that is the only way to get away from your father!. It is good that you recognize how much this is affecting you, now you must take some steps to start some healing and learn to live happily without his constant negative impact on you!. If you aren't sure where to begin, try calling a crisis hotline and they can help give you names and numbers of some resources that can assist you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know how you feel - I also have nothing but ill feelings towards my father!.
If you can move out then do so, it may actually help the situation!. You do need to get over your anger - realise you father is not perfect and that he will probably regret his behaviour!.
Good luck and really try to forgive him - not for him but for you, you will waste a lot of your life hating him, which I did and now regret!.
