Question: Help I'm having a panic attack!?

Okay,
sit there and focus!.
close your eyes and start to slow your breathing!. Its really hard, but you have to!.
Put your head down by your knees, and squeeze the flap of skin between your finger and thumb!.
If there is somebody near you, get them to get you some ice water, and some juice!.
Drink some of the ice water first, then the juice!.

If nobody is there and you feel dizzy, get down on your hands and knees, and sit back on your knees with your arms in front of your body and your head on your arms!. Close your eyes and breathe for a few moments!.

It will all calm down, and you will be okay!.
I promise!.

Tomorrow you should go to your doctors and ask for medicines you can have handy for when you have panic attacks!.
I take ativan when I feel one coming on and it helps relax me!.
