Hormones?! other issues!?!

Question: Hormones!?! other issues!!?
hey everyone, for the past like two weeks i've been feeling weird, i've been having weird symptoms like over tired, and altered vision, and sometimes i even have panic attacks, and i worry about the littlest things!. i talked to my mom about it because i thought it may have been high anxiety and stress, but she said it could just be me thinking too much, or it could be because i'm 16 and i have a lot of hormones and respond differently to them!. any word on this!!? i'm really scared and i wanna be back to my normal, happy self again :( can people explain to me everything that hormones can do to a 16 year old!?! Unfortunately, the teenage years cause so many unfair changes and hormones are somewhat to blame!. You say you're feeling tired and that's probably because you haven't been sleeping well!. Hormones are to blame for that!. Anxiety, altered vision and panic attacks are probably a direct result of not sleeping well!. Since it's only been for two weeks, I wouldn't worry that this is a permanent state!. We go through growth phases where certain hormones could be amped up and disturbing our sleep cycles somewhat and this can mess a whole bunch of other things up, too!. Don't worry about it!. I have a terrible time sleeping the few nights before my period starts and it's because of hormones!. And of course that jacks me up for a couple of days!. You're probably just tired from school and all the stress that comes with it!. It's just part of growing up!.

Try to get a good night's sleep sometime soon (and avoid caffeine) and you'll probably start feeling better in no time!. It's upsetting to have weird feelings like this but it is by no means a reason to be anxious about it!. Our bodies and minds are very resilient so you'll probably start feeling better soon!. If this persists for over a month or two, then maybe you have a different issue, but for now, just get some rest and focus on learning techniques to help you relax (i!.e!. exercise, reading, taking a walk outside, etc!.)!. This is a good time to start learning how to do these things so you can manage these feelings better!. It'll help you manage change better, too!. Good luck and don't worry!. Use this as a learning tool!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are having panic attacks, its not "just hormones" im sorry but it sounds like either your mother doesn't want to take you to see a therapist for either money, pride, or just simply doesn't believe in it!. You need to see a therapist and get diagnosed, panic attacks are horrible things to deal with and they shouldn't go untreated otherwise they can form phobias that could take years to reverse!. So go now, and if your mom says no tell your counselor at school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should visit your school nurse and/or school counselor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
