Question: I have a major anger problem, what should i do or who do i see!?
i'm 16 and i 6'3 and around 240 i'm a big person and i'm scared my anger problem will get me arrested one day my anger problem always gets me suspended from school!. i'm actually suspend right now for throwing a desk at my teacher i got 10 days!.!. he called me a dumb *** for coming to class late and not doing my homework!. this is not the only time ive gotten mad in school but when i do i always throw stuff and hit stuff or someone i get in about 2 fights at school!. and the police always try to tackle me and once a kid that i beat up school for making me angry was going to sue me for his hospital bill but they didn't thank god!.!.!.but anyways i need help who do i go see or what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the good news is that you realize you need help!. You can talk to your parents or school counselor they would be able to find you the help you need!. Dont give up you can manage your anger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My son used to have a problem with anger, but, I told him to go to the gym and work out his anger on the weights, he did and now he does it all the time just to have a firm body, also the girls like it too!. no fooling, get a punching bag or bar bells, work out your anger on something that will benefit you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The only thing that solved my anger problems was medication!. Let's hope you don't need that!. Try seeing a psychiatrist or a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
