Does being healthier help with your mental well being as well?!

Question: Does being healthier help with your mental well being as well!?
when i was vegetarian, i of course ate more than enough veg and fruits, was right at 5'11 200lbs down from 260, and my depression wasnt enough to interfere with my life!.

After eating meat again and other bad food, or "fatty meat", my depression was kicked into over drive, i gained weight, felt more fatigued, and ended up in the e!.r!. for attempted suicide!. all that happened a few months after i started eating fatty meat again!.

So does your diet and health effect your mental well being as well!? i feel that when i was healthier i didnt need the meds or anything!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There have been a lot of studies that relate mental wellbeing to healthy balanced diets, in particularly certain vitamins and mineral can effect your brain biochemistry which can in turn effect mental health problems!. There is also the added factor that when you eat more 'junk food' and gain weight, this can lead to low self esteem and exacerbate depression!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, try going vegetarian again and see if it helps!. I believe physical and mental well-being are dependant on each other!. If your body feels good, your mind feels good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
