Have had anxiety attacks and it sounds like you have a touch of anxiety not a full blown attack!. Hopefully your check up will reveal what your true problem is!. Just remember there are a lot of people having these kinds of issues-you're not a freak nor are you alone in this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let's hope it kills you!.

I've dealt with panic/anxiety disorder for years!. It sounds to me that you are mildly anxious but I'm not sure you're actually having a panic or anxiety attack!. I think you may actually be more on the depressive side if you're feeling insecure!. Especially if the uncontrollable thoughts are negative thoughts and you keep replaying these same thoughts in your mind!. Here are some of the symptoms of panic attacks to watch for: rapid heart rate while not doing any physical activity, hyperventilating (over breathing), pins and needles feeling in your hands, feet, or ears, a feeling of doom like you're going to die, a feeling of being removed from your body, tightening in the chest, etc!.!.!. the list goes on!. Panic attacks very much mimic the feeling of a heart attack and most people seek medical attention when they have them until they are properly diagnosed!. Good luck to you and make sure you let your doctor know about any other symptoms you're having that you may not have mentioned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a therapist!. It seems you have anxiety at a low status!. Your just looking to drugs to make yourself feel better!. Whats your problem!? have you no shame!? Its too late to save you now!. You have to stop yourself from thinking such thoughts ever again!. They only true way of doing this is stopping the brain from working properly!. Try a lobotomy or better yet (even cheaper solution!) get a plastic bag from the grocery store!. Place it over your head and make sure its sealed and breath!. It may be scary but death only lasts for a second!. To feel good while doing it make sure masturbate and reach orgasm when dieing to heighten the experience 9000%!. Then when you die you can go to hell where you belong because you masturbated before death and god hates whores!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes a lack of sleep will trigger insecurity and anxiety because losing restful sleep diminishes the ability to cope with the small stuff we have to deal with day to day!.

I have sleep apnea and sometimes when I am overtired, I will stop breathing in my sleep even with my sleep mask!. Waking up exhausted triggers anxiety AND if that's not bad enough, if I have any personal or work related issues, the stress can make the anxiety level worse!.

See your primary doc to see what kind of tests can be done!. Sometimes the problems can be physical and not psychological but since everything is intertwined, seeing your doc can help you get to the bottom of things!.

If possible, make a list of things that you causing you to feel stress and try to think of constructive ways to help you eliminate the problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
