Question: What are you supposed to do when!.!.!.!?
you feel like your slowly sinking back into depression!? I remember reading about it!.!.!.And I honestly think I have manic depression!. The reason my mom doesn't see it is because I remove myself away from everyone!.!.!.So she only sees me sad or angry when I'm actually with her!. I don't want to be on pills!.!.!.I don't want to see a doctor!. And I'm just stuck trying to figure things out on my own!. I'm putting this on here just because!.!.!.Well, I need to get things out!. So yeah, I guess I'm just going to have to deal with things once more!. Like my mom has told me before, "Tough it out!." (Not pertaining to this but yeah!.!.!.) I'm a seriously messed up person and I just wish I wasn't anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd seriously advise logging off and going to see a councellor, perhaps you need an outlet, Somebody to speak to that you know will keep it confidential is always useful!. Even if you don't feel like you can talk about it, force yourself to go and talk to somebody!.

Now i don't recommend this in your current mindframe, but when i'm starting to feel depressed i listen to eminem, it makes me angry instead of depressed, i snap out of quicker and feel fine later!.

Is there a reason you're opposed to medication!? You might have a chemical imbalance that can easily be balanced out with the right medication!. The good news is that you realize that your depressed episodes are just that!. They are episodes which usually pass!. However it might be easier to deal with these episodes if you consult a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need help - professional help!. Your depressed and your numb to your own feelings!. It can get worse and will get worse if you don't seek the help of a professional!. Parents don't always understand or are in total denial!.Honestly, You need to talk to a good shrink!. I got help and I feel so much better, I also exercise and keep myself busy!. you should do some group therapy sessions!. they are usually cheaper and get you comfortable with talking out your feelings!.
there are alternatives to pills, though!.
try acupuncture, and reflexology!.
