Question: How dangerous is a Charismatic Psychopath!?
i've found out that my brother is a Charismatic Psychopath!.
i've read so many articles abt Charismatic Psychopaths but couldn't make a conclusion what danger a Charismatic Psychopaths can pose to the family!?!?
age 22!.
it has become normal habit for him to cheat any victim using his charisma and lies and take money without thinking returning back it!.
creates lies so easily!.
he has no responsibility and emphaty at all!.
he is so cocky and intelligent!.
he is easyli bored and usually alone reading books (so many books!!)!.
ne never acknowledges guilt and no use of telling smth to him!.
no conscience at all!.
But sometimes he becomes like a normal person when talking with mother but i'm not sure whether his emotion is a lie or not!.
plz share if any experience!.!.
i am desperate :(

hi i worked with a lot of psychopath's in my life in a psychiatric hospital!. i have never heard of a psychopath turning on their relatives!. a lot of people get a psychopath mixed up with a sociopath!. the difference between the two is , that a sociopath is usually not dangerous, but a psychopath is!. i am telling you this , because it usually takes a professional , such as a psychiatrist to give out that diagnosis!. perhaps your brother is just a plain sociopath who is narcissistic, but would not necessarily physically harm some one!. a charismatic psychopath, will quite often be deluded, and a distorted perception of reality, and like to get people attracted to them to have them think like he does!. i hope this alleviates some of your fears!.
