I am always so tired.....why?!


Question: I am always so tired!.!.!.!.!.why!?
i sleep around 7-8 hrs a night, but still so tired throughout the day!. does anybody know why this could be!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fatigue could be cause a number of things (as mentioned in all previous posts): low iron, depression, sleep disorder, or even just sleeping too much!.

Before you go to the doctor, I would try a couple of simple things to boost your energy level:

1!. Take a multivitamin

2!. Exercise on a regular basis!.

At the same time, I would closely monitor your fatigue so you can provide your doctor with as much information as you can:

1!. How long has this been going on!?

2!. When do you start feeling tired during the day!? Is it the same time everyday!?

Well, nowadays I beleive people need 8-9 hours of sleep a day, preferably 9, is what scientists or whoever does that sort of thing say now!. But you could also not be getting a good nights sleep!. Tossing and turning, not being able to sleep through through the night is enough to make anyone tired the rest of the day!. I recommend going to bed around 10:00 P!.M!. but before going to bed get in a habit of doing a little excersize to loosen you up and tire you out!. Not something insanely hard not something too simple, try walking, or walk up and down the stairs for about 5 min!. non-stop!. Then take nice hot shower to calm your nerves, then when you go to sleep try not to be thinking about too many things!. Try to focus on just one thing!. Too many thoughts before bedtime has been proven to be called racing thoughts, they can keep you from going to sleep and getting a good nights sleep!.

You might have too low level of iron in your blood, that's anemia actually!. Level of iron can be raised easily: just a few weeks and you are full of energy!.
Go to a doctor for a blood test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How well are you sleeping!? Do you wake up alot during the night!? How much caffine are you drinking during the day!? Talk to your Dr!., you could have a sleep disorder--restless leg syndrom, sleep apnea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess it depends on how you treat yourself while you are awake!. You asked in Mental Health - with depression you do have disordered sleep - either need more or cant get to sleep!. Have a check up!. Answer the Doctor's questions :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your definitely getting enough sleep!. How is your diet!? Are you eating at least a somewhat balanced diet!? I would go the doctor and have some blood work done to see if your possibly anemic or maybe even pre diabetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I need 10 hours sleep to feel ok normally!. 7-8 hours i would feel tired everyday!.
