Been there mate!

Sounds like depression & anxiety!.

Talk to a very TRUSTED friend or family member!. It helps, believe me!. It's a weight taken of your shoulders!.

I know it's a very easy thing to do, but do not hide away, it'll make it worse - believe me!.

Chances are you know someone who has been in this situation!. 1 in 4 people will be on medication for depression at some point in their life! Don't feel ashamed of your condition - it just means your human! lol

Go to your GP, he'll recommend what to do next, talk to you about stuff, refer you to specialists, and so on!.

But there important thing is you do something about it!

Don't think "I'll go away" - IT WON'T UNLESS YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Good luck!
