Can anyone help i have severe social phobia i can't even go outside?!

hi man let me just tell you that i hae been diagnosed with social phobia not to long a go and talking to your parents would be the best thing i waited 3 years before talking to my parents, i dropout of school i have aproblem going to crowded places and i just had enough and decided to get help because i want to live a good life medications helping me but definetly keep in mind that your not alone there are alot fo us with social phobia get help talk to some one profesinaly it helps just telling them whats runnign on your mind if not i suggest to
