Well i have two answers depending on the question!.

Paranoid is basically not trusting your surroundings

If you are paranoid and you want to know what that means if you are!. It probably means you have done something or are not familiar with your surroundings and it seems a bit scary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Paranoid means having an unreasonable fear!. Its more common than you might think!.
