Question: I cant sleep at night need hlp its ruining my life!!?

Anything i can do when its like late at night my eye lids are so tired but when i close my eyes i cant sleep i even closed my eyes for 2hrs and i could not sleep! During the day i can sleep what can i do to stop this madness!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know everyone says this but!.!.!.!. go see a doctor and maybe he/she will prescribe you will sleeping pills :]
