How would you handle this?!

Question: How would you handle this!?
I thought the longer you are with a job that the more comfortable it becomes and with that comes confidence!.

I've been at my job for 2 months and it's really taking a toll on my mental state of mind!.

Before the job, I felt happy, confident, and loved life!.

Now, I feel tired and stressed all the time!.

I'm burned out!

I don't think the job is a good fit!.

There are moments of fast paced multi-task duties and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines!.

And working with a lot of constant interruptions!.

When I found this position it was to be temporary until the job was filled by someone regular!.

The job hasn't been offered to anyone and I know I've gotten good feedback from my Manager and other coworkers!.

I don't want to lead them on, but I don't think I can stay here too much longer, for my own sanity!.

How would you handle this!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't want to ware yourself out, maybe the best choice would be to find a different job!. In life, you shouldn't be anything but happy!. They say you need to love whatever you do, even if the pays not very good!. Pick a job that you are happy with!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eh! STOP FRETTING THIS IS NO WAY TO GET THROUGH YOUR WORKING LIFE!.
Dump the job on the managers lap he has a duty of care and if this job is not matching your style of working then it is up to him to arrange another position that is within your envelope of environs!. If such a position is unavailable then move on, this is important to your health after all there will be a job out there which will suit and give fulfilment, got for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's seems like nobody else wants the job!.
Maybe you really should start looking for a job that is less stressful so that you could plan to stay at that job for a long, long time!.
I think it is important to enjoy what we are doing because we spend so many hours of each week at work!. I hope you find something that is a better match for you!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright hun, the first thing you MUST remember!.!.!.!.!. DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR/BY YOU! Life is too short to worry about anything else than what is best for you, your health, and your career! Simply speak with your Manager, and request that they try to get the job filled within two weeks!. Then, whether or not it is!.!.!. simply stop doing it! You will be much happier and feel world's better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its time to leave ,now!. I would be looking for another job and giving my former job a 2 weeks notice!. Its alright to work at a job you don't like ,but when it starts causing other problems its time to mve on!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would love it, because I thrive on pressure and deadlines in a job!. First of all, I think you should ask the doctor for something to mellow you out, but nothing strong!. Give the medication a few weeks to work before you make any decision about the job!. You are obviously doing a good job, you just need to learn to relax while doing it!. There always deadlines to meet, people interrupting and pressure!. Before long, most of it will become a ritual that you will do without feeling all the pressure!. I promise you!. If you don't want to take any meds to calm you down, try drinking chamomile tea with honey!. It has a calming effect!. Some of the other hundred herbal teas also have that effect!. I wish you well in your job, and I think it is a fit for you!. When you are more use to the daily grind, you will relax more and not be so tired!. One more thing you might try is taking a multi vitamin!. Hang in there, it will get better!. Then if it doesn't work out, I would talk to your supervisor about agreeing to work in that position temporarily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would approach my supervisor that I would like to have a serious conversation with them about my "future with the company"!. When you get the chance for the "sit down" with them!. I would express that even though you may excel and do the job given to you very well, it was informed to you from the beginning that it would be temporary!. You still want it to be temporary and you won't mind training the person who would be replacing you!. Approaching it in that manner will give no conflict and will even show your good will at the fact you offer to train the replacement! =) Good Luck I hope it works out for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you've answered your own question!. This was never a job you wanted!. It sounds like they are just hoping you'll stay, but it's not something that's right for you and you only agreed to stay temporarily!. You need to let them know that you aren't going to be staying and they need to find someone!. If you don't, they'll just keep things going the way it is and you'll be miserable!. I'd get out before I wasted any more time there when I could be looking for a job that fits me better!. I stayed at a job I hated for 7 years and I'm sorry I did!. I finally quit and went back to college and it was the best thing I could have done!. I'm much happier now!. Be good to yourself!. God wants you to find a job that fits the way he made you with your particular gifts and temperament!. Don't let these people trap you into staying!. Run!Www@Answer-Health@Com
