Should i try and sleep or just stick it out for a few more hours?!


Question: Should i try and sleep or just stick it out for a few more hours!?
Whenever im home alone i can sleep due to fear of being burgled or murdered!.!. irrational i know!. What should i do!? Im so tired, its 3AM! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Booom! Lock all the doors and windows put your phone right next to your bed, turn on a light and a tv or radio in another room real low, lay down and go to sleep!. If someone does happen to try and break in (I don't think they will) you will hear them, be able to call 911 and hide!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it's only around 11 here, so It's not late for me, but I recently stay up until 6 a!.m!. for a similar fear!. I suppose the thought of someone climbing in your house through the window would frighten most people, but when you actually know the person that lurks around your house in the wee hours of the night, it's really creepy and nerve racking!. I can't sleep a wink at night when I hear a single rustle of leaves near my window or any sound louder than the cricket's chirping!.!.!. so I always sleep during the day and stay awake at night!. I know it sounds stranger than it should, but you try sleeping if you can't tell when your imagining someone's face outside your window or not!. Anyway, back to you lol, I think you probably should go to bed, especially if you have school or work in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hahah, used to feel like that a lot when I was younger!. Just try to think about it rationally!. The chances of something like that happening are probably very low and if it does happen, well then it was just mean to happen and there is nothing you can do to stop it!. Drink some tea (no caffine) and try to get some sleep, staying up will just make you more paranoid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel the same way when I am alone!. Sleeping with the light on helps for me!. Or maybe try leaving a T!.V!. on!. It will distract you and give some background noise so that little noises don't bother you as much!.

You definitely need to get sleep!. Especially if this is a recurring theme for you!. Just try to relax and do things that will distract you from your thoughts!. Also, if you like dogs and it is possible for you to get one, this might help you feel more safe!.

YOU are not neurotic!. Your concerns are legitimate!. Just get someone to put appropriate hardware on your windows and doors!. Your peace of mind is worthy of optimum attention!. Do what gives you total comfort!. Also, you might consider obtaining a cell phone!. You will be fine!. Peace!Www@Answer-Health@Com
