I know exactly how you feel and i've always been afraid to talk about it to anyone!. its makes me feel so much better to know im not the only one!. i read all four then re-read twilight!. i re-read it because the movie is coming out!. what i try to do is not totally cut myself off but kinda feed my addiction a little everyday!. [i don't cut my self off because i tried for one day and i woke up the next morning sobbing because i knew i was in love with it and cant stay away so don't try and cut yourself off it's horrible] i watch a lot of youtube videos seriously search twilight and watch the trailers and watch all the fan made videos that kinda got me off the book and now im just excited to see the movie ! oh especially watch some of the sneak previews!. i am kinda addicted to watching the videos and going on all the fan sites especially hisgoldeneyes!.com and stepheniemeyer!.com but it makes me feel a little better it is so hard sometimes when i think about it too much i still sob non - stop getting over it is very hard and im still not so know ur not the only one out there just do what i said about youtube and getting excited for the movie more it just helps i promise(: [on those websites there are cool things about the books i like to read that kinda reminds you of them and it'll make you happy] oh and don't hide the books; have them somewhere where u can maybe read them if u absolutely have to but don't have them out in view when i would walk past them i know i would start crying!.

i hope this helps !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Read something different, or perhaps mabe only read it once a week and slowly take your self off of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to try to find a very strong interest, something that can actually get your mind off it!. It's not easy to find one!.
First, put the books away in your closet at night!. Don't take them out unless the sun is shining, first step!. Dont sleep with them near you or you'll wake up wanting to reach for them!. You could try making a corkboard full of twilight pictures, or anything in memory of the stories!. Something you can look at an analyze without needing the book!. Making a plan could possible work!. Make them last!. One chapter per day at the most, no more!. Try to imagine the stories in your mind while you fall asleep, try to recite it without needing the pages!. Be forceful on yourself!. Your mind changed to become addicted to it, and with force you can reverse that!. And it might sounds stupid, but reward yourself when you don't read it for say!.!.a few days!? A week!? Give yourself permission for a treat!.
It will eventually fade away to the point you don't need it anymore, but it will definitely take time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll tell you what you could do with the pictures you mentioned, as I've done this before to get over a Harry Potter addiction!. I would have pictures of all my favorite Twilight characters in a box, and depending on who is higher on your list have one picture of them!. Ex: If your fave character is Edward then have one more picture of him than the second one on your list!. Edward= 3, Bella=2, whoever=1!. Got it!?

Then once you've got all your faves in that box try looking through an interesting magazine and cut out the things you like (I suggest images that relate to your favorite activities) and place them in equal scale with the pictures in the box!. I hope you understand that!.

Then shake up the box a little (shoeboxes work best for me) and don't peek when you take something out!. Whatever that image is, try to either think about it in a peaceful relaxed way, making sure that all of your books are hidden elsewhere, and concentrate on that!.

Once you've gotten through all the images in the box then take out the pics of your number one character and try it again (these sessions souldn't last too long), and again until your down to your last character!. Make sure you try as hard as you can to let go of them, without forgetting what they mean to you, and just let them slip off into the back of your mind, allowing the other images to take front row in your head!. Keep Twiglight in reserve as long as you can, then when you can't stand it any longer, bring out your books and read another chapter!. Tehn try repeating the process again (maybe with different magazine images) and see how long you last then!.

This helped me out so much when I got overly addicted to some things, and I knew I just had to push the thoughts away!. If you don't want something that needs this much time or effort, then I guess you should go with something else!. Good luck fellow reader!Www@Answer-Health@Com
