Are these the reasons why i have a problem getting to sleep?!


Question: Are these the reasons why i have a problem getting to sleep!?
1!. sometimes i make up stories in my head ( i do not know if am the only one who does it but whatever)

2!. i think about a lot of things before going to bed

3!. i sleep sometimes in the morning

4!. i eat sometimes before going to bed

are those the reasons i have problems getting to sleep !?

Yes, probably!.

I have problems sleeping too, and what I do is go to bed at 10:30, but I don't eat or drink past 8:30, because it wakes you up during the night needing to go bathroom!. Try relaxing about an hour before going to bed, like by reading a book or watching t!.v something simple that won't get you worked up!. Also, try having a shower before bed too!. It relaxes the body and you'd be bound for a good nights sleep!. You could try, a warn glass of milk or hot chocolate before bed too, just a small glass, so that it would settle into your stomach faster!. !. !.I think reading is the best one, when your lying in bed all warm and cosy with a good book!. !. !. nothing can beat it, good luck x x :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

all of the above are reasons to having bad sleep eating before bed can give you dreams, sometimes bad ones, sleeping late into the morning also means you wont be as tired in the day therfore not 'needing sleep' at night and thinking of things before bed just makes your brain over agitated!. i have suffered from bad sleep all my life and cant get to sleep if i dont have either the tv on even if it has no sound or a night light because if not i get things in my head like there is someone in my room! of course its all in the imaginantion but once you start thinking you cant stop things i find have helped me are hot water bottles (mines a me 2 u bear so its soft and cuddly!), those malt drinks like horlicks, warm baths before bed and reading-particularly if you keep thinking about thinks once you start reading a book your mind instantly goes on to think of the storyline i dont know if you like them but i did at ur age but jaquline wilson books are brilliant there not boring but there not disturbing either there gernerally all good storys well hope this helped xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Seeing as though you're on the computer now and you're age and you being a female girl, i'm sure you've got a big social life and many friends!. If by anychance you chat to these friends online, or use the computer atleast 1-2 hours before bed, it can make it hard for you to fall asleep, i'm not exactly sure and I can't be really bothered googling it, but if you are using the computer before bed, try not using the computer 2 horus before you go to bed for 2 weeks and see if you're sleeping pattern changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop eating before bed!. That's the worst time to!. Your head wont stop thinking and worrying about things, and that is the problem!. Try to let go of a few things!. Put on talk radio to listen to while falling asleep!. You can think about what is being said on there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it has psychological causes at his roots that's why doctors don't know what to tell you because it's not apnea!. I cured myself long time ago, suffered from it for 9 years!. you can cure it in three days max with some new psychological tricks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you drink alot of soda do you drink alot of caffeine and yes if you cant relax before you go to bed and you are stressed that could be itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds very normal for a teen!. Getting used to being left out doesn't help either!. Best sleep is if you work and are tired or work out!. Find some chore then a book and it will get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, all of the above can cause problems sleeping except for some people, eating makes them tired and for some people eating wakes them up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think all of the above are contributing to your sleeping si order but when eating b4 going 2 bed doesn't really do cause when u sleep the system in your body take over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
