Self Injury only when tired? ?!

Question: Self Injury only when tired!? !?
I work long hours (55hrs/wk) at a stressful job that I love!. I become mentally drained and tired from working 55hrs a week for months and daily stressors!. When I become mentally drained and tired it's harder to deal with the stressors!. I become more easily frustrated, negative, angry, irritable and etc!. It's harder for me to cope and communicate my feelings!. To communicate my feelings I've deliberately burned myself twice in the past month!. It's not an impulse or compulsive decision!. I don't get any relief from it!. I feel embarrassed by doing it!. I am aware of my feelings/thoughts/actions before, during and after I do it!. I haven't experienced abuse or trauma!. I don't have a screwed up family!. My learning disabilities make it harder for me to communicate!. While I can communicate with the staff that I work with and teach the boys that I work with how to communicate their feelings, it's still hard for me to do!. Why do I self injury only when I'm overly tired!? Why can I teach coping skills, but not use them myself!? Does burning myself mean I shouldn't be at my job!? Besides getting therapy how do I prove to my bosses that I am trying to deal with this situation!? How do I prove that it won't happen again and that I'm fit to work!? What does it say that I've done it twice now!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're tired, you're fed up!.
You want an answer to all this!.
You choose to burn yourself because you like the pain,
You want to punish someone, something for working so hard!.
You love your job though so that's one positive point!.
It's stressful yes, which job is not!?
You become: negative!.
There we have it, the answer,
negativity!.
You need some positivity, you need to hang out with friends,
watch a movie!.
You have a family, you mentioned!.
How about spending time with them!?
You have a staff :)
You should be proud of being at where you are right now!.
You need to think differently, you need to go to work thinking the right things:
-this is going to be a great day
-I know what I am doing
-I feel great doing what I do best
