Answers:
Wow!. If this is not typical behavior for you and you feel that it is induced by your boss' micromanagement then PLEASE start looking for another job right now!. This is not healthy and you deserve better!. No job is worth putting yourself through that kind of mental gymnastics!. On the other hand, if this is typical of you in many situations both work and personal, then a qualified psychologist can help you with your anxiety and over thinking of situations!.

On a side note, with all of that running back and forth to the office, I hope you do not live far from your job!.

All the best to you! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would first get some counseling for OCD, definitely!. After you work something out and try to fix these behaviors, you may find that it wasn't the job itself that was causing the anxiety, rather the disorder!.

Stay put for now, but get help!. Also, try looking up OCD and getting some tips on how to ignore your obsessions and avoid your compulsions- because that's all they are!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like something that could lead to schizophrenia!. if you smoke some weed you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
