You may have extreme periods of "mania" where you feel extremely hyperactive and giddy!. These can occur once a week to once a month, etc!. Even smaller bouts a few times a day!. They do not have to occur everyday!. After the mania your mood will suddenly drop!. One minute you can literally feel on top of the world and decide to go for that PHD, then the next moment you feel paranoid and isolated!. These can occur day to day!. You are impulsive and tend to procrastinate!. You may suffer anxiety attacks where you sit on your floor and cradle back in forth in tears, throwing things around or potentially harming yourself!. It is difficult to deal with someone who is bipolar unless they are medicated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bipolar people go through periods of euphoria, where everything is extremely happy, then they crash and go through extreme periods of depression, like a yo-yo, they jump back and forth for weeks or even months at a time!. They are never moderate, it is either extremely happy or extremely depressed!. ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
