It sounds like social anxiety disorder, and/or generalized anxiety and/or low self-esteem!. I would talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist or a counselor about it!. I've dealt with most of these symptoms myself and the root causes can take a long time to come to terms with and to begin to get over, but if you can find a good therapist, the sooner you start to unravel it, the better!.
Drugs can sometimes help you work with your problems, so long as you don't expect them to solve them!. Paxil is a drug that has been effective at treating social anxiety disorder!. You might ask a psychiatrist about that!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be anxiety!. Bear in mind that anxiety isn't the end of the world- the body just becomes over-active!. You need to remember that you are fine and you'll overcome it soon!.

Don't fight it (every time a symptom appears- you'll get scared or upset), instead try to acknowledge that it's a common problem and try to be aware (people who love you- will continue whether you're anxious or not)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It probably is anxiety, anxiety can affect you in so many different ways and it's different levels for everyone!. I also suffer from anxiety and have some similar symptoms!.

I would suggest reading "From Panic to Power" by Lucinda Basset (SP*) It helped me understand better and find ways to start to deal with the anxiety!.

I believe that anyone who thinks they might be suffering from something shouldn't hesitate to see a therapist or psychiatrist!. You wouldn't wait a month or two if your throat started hurting and then you started getting intense migraines!.

You wouldn't ignore physical signs of pain!. Don't ignore mental signs either!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say social anxiety disorder, but I'm not a phychiatrist!.

You should talk to your parents about it!.

When it affects how you act and how you are, and you fear things I mean you need some help!.

I've been just like you, but you don't nee meds to overcome this!. You need someone to talk to who is older and who is someone you trust!. You are stressed out about social situations and life is too much right now!. Start by learning to appreciate yourself and your talents and gifts and personality!. someone has made you feel inferior, but it's not true!. You're not less than anyone else, but you need to find out how great you are!. God made you a certain way and it's good! If you have trouble talking, get some advice or book on conversations and learn the basics!. You'd be surprised how knowing how to know the best way to talk can help with social anxiety!. And don't forget about God!. He loves you and doesn't want you to put yourself down!. Also, He can be right there with you when you get nervous and you can ask him for help and he will comfort and help you!. God bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.
