Question: If you react with aggression because of mind games and taunts how do you regain composure !?
knowing that you give your taunters the upper hand and control because youve reacted !?

you tried hard to ignore them and disregard them and their opinion as worthless and sh1t!.

but theyve kept up with their mind games and taunts and you react with rage and aggression,

whether it be users on this forum you despise, that answer your questions with cynicism, patronisation and insults etc!.

aggression rage is something throughout my life ive struggle with because of earlier trauma in childhood!.

i have a personality disorder and ptsd so its a great challenge to not completely lose it with individuals i completely hate and wish nothing but severe harm to!.

When I am on the edge of losing it I start concentrating on my breathing!. 7 or 8 controlled, measured, deliberate breaths can calm me right down and can unsettle the person that is taunting me!. Never underestimate the power of breathing in a tricky situation!.
Your issues may be a little more serious than mine, so maybe you should seek out some advice on anger management!. There are lots of books and websites about it!.
You are right though, if you react the person taunting you get satisfaction!. If you can find a way to ignore it and stay calm, you have won!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
