Same thing!.

It's like a little mental misfire where the mind gets a little stuck in an emotional loop convinced that doom/death/destruction are imminent or about to happen soon!.

Some people who get them can't control them and some others can!. It is emotionally and socially debillitating for the individual leading them to isolate themselves rather than be looked upon as strange!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get panic/anxiety attacks sometimes!. The doctor explained it as the bodies natural survival response, called the fight/flight response!. When we were cave people living in the wilderness if a predator was coming the body would get a boost of adrenalin so it could fight or run away!. When you get a panic attack it's the same thing!. For some reason the body feels threatened so it's pumping adrenalin!. The heart beats faster, you might shake or feel sick!. It probably depends on each person to their exact symptoms and what causes them!.

they're pretty much the same;
it's when you worry about something WAY too much, and then you feel like you cant breathe, and start hyperventilating!. if you have one of those, you either have to breath into a paper bag, or you have to focus on solid objects,
ex:
say i was hyperventilating, and i'm alone in my room or something [it doesnt matter], i'd have to say, " the door!.!.!.!.!.!.the book!.!.!.!.!.the computer!.!.!.!.the bed!.!.!.!."
like that!.

i should know!.
my mom had one last year!.
and i had one a month ago!.

and d00d!
