I have real depression issues,why?!


Question: I have real depression issues,why!?
This is like what I think most of the time:
No guys in High school would ever want to go out with me!.

Im not pretty enough or people to want to be friends with me!.

Im fat!.

My hair isn't nice enough!.

People always critisiz me because im different!.

People don't like me because im different!.

I dunno why I think like this,my moms always told me how beautiful I am but thats my mom,I for a while like 2 years ago thought I was so beautiful but now i hate myself!.I've been hating myself for a year now,I just think im fat and too short!.!.idk,and i dunno!.!.!.
Im 14 im like 125 pounds and 5'2,i kinda dress punky,not preppy!.I started Highschool about a couple months ago,after being homeshooled for 4 years,i Only like have made a couple friends the rest are just acquaintances!.
Theres this guy I like but I doubt he likes me because no body likes the shy differnt girl!.!.!.
what should I do,to make me feel more confident!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, depression is almost inevitable as you try to come to tems with the person you are!. When you're at High school, there's always the "in" crowd, who dress better, are prettier and more popular!. Yet they have issues too!. They're always worried that they're too fat, or that someone is prettier than them!. You just have to be yourself and happy in your own skin!. This takes years of practice, but there are things that you can do now to make yourself feel better!. Dress how you like, but wear your clothes with attitude!. Who wants to look like everyone else!? Stand tall, (yes, I know it's hard, I'm 5' 1" myself!), approach the guy you like, even if it's just to say hello!. Network a bit, your couple of friends will have another couple of friends each, get to know them!. Gather your own crowd, and be proud of your differences!.
Make sure that you look after yourself, eat and drink healthily, these difficult teenage years will soon pass and when you're as old as me, you'll wish you had appreciated your youth and good looks at the time!
Personally, I love the punky look, it's so much more original than all these preppy types who all look the same!. Be proud to be different and stop moping about!. Go out there and live your life! Www@Answer-Health@Com

fake it!. play it like you're not shy and you'll see people will want to hang out with you!. everybody's different in some way, don't think that you're worse then everybody else, just do what you want, getting out of the shell is so much more easy that you think!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you NEED to go to the gym!.!.!. get exercise!.!. eat healthy!. VERY SIMPLE THINGS to stop depression!. exercise produces endorphins that make you feel good and, obviously, you will lose weight overtime!.

School is a tough place for a lot of people and especially for someone new!. It is also a very small part of life as you will see when you get out in the college or working world a lot of this if not all the pettiness will go away!. Hang in there and give yourself a chance!. It has only been two months!. A few tips!. don't criticize anyone, and NO ONE can offed you unless you let them!. How you process in your own beautiful mind by what you hear or see is up to you only!. Don't clutter it with someone else s disrespect!. To tone up and lose a few pounds get on a team at school, swimming, volleyball, track, whatever you enjoy!.!.!.you'll make new friends, slim down and look great!.
You should let the guy know you like him!. Most guys are shy and afraid of being rejected so they wait for the girl to make the first move!.!.!.let him see you looking at him, make eye contact, smile and coyly look away!.

First, this is a fairly common feeling for people in your age group!. When you were younger, your focus(especially with home schooling) was on a very limited set of people!. Now that circle is much much larger!. This alone can cause social anxiety!. Then there's the fact that you are smack dab in the middle of puberty!. The erratic hormone levels of that time can drive the best person nuts!.

The best thing is to stay busy until this stage passes!. Join a particular group at school that interests you, like theater, or chess, or something!. Make friends one at a time!. In no time at all, you'll have a whole bunch of people you will feel comfortable with!. Since you are about 15 or 20 pounds overweight(which is NOT fat), you could join a group that runs together or exercises!.

Just don't worry about your reaction!. Changing from home to public schooling can be difficult, especially at your age!. You have four years to get used to it and develop some friends, so relax for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

125 is NOT fat!. Sometimes people get scared, starting something new!. If you like how you dress then keep it! Meet friends that seem to dress the same, that means they like the same things!.

If you don't think your hair is nice enough, then get a new hairstlye!.
I'm sure you're really pretty, just start being more confident in yourself, it takes a couple months but any time you have a bad thought about yourself, just think of something that you like instead!. Or stand infront of a mirror every day and just experiment on different looks, mind sound dorky but it helps when your feeling down!.

What would you think if your mother is right and you are beautiful!. What a waste of time and emotions feeling bad when you could feel good!. What if you ate healthy and exercised enough, your weight would be exactly what it's suppose to be, would you still feel fat!? If you are the best person you can be, is that enough to make you feel good!? All I'm saying is that you are what you think about so why not pick feeling good and happy and beautiful, it takes just the same amount of effort!. Everybody goes through this phase in life!. Don't worry, it is not easy being a teen!. We all have self esteem issues that leave us insecure!. And trust me hon, high school for a lot of us has been traumatic!. We all fell in love with boys and girls that did not want nothing to do with us!.

You are just starting your journey in life and have lot of wonderful things to look forward to!. They are going to be good situations and sometimes painful ones!. But it will take you to places you have never been and meet people that will love you for who you are!.

Accept yourself with your qualities and your faults!. Don't let self esteem issues knock you down!. Other people will always say good things and bad things about you, but you have to accept yourself and define yourself in a positive light!.
