oh, you want to talk about a burden to society- i have so many medical issues, that it costs over 3000 dollars a month in medication alone to keep me alive!. there are people with illnesses all over the country, and they have to get help from society because of it!. dont feel so bad about yourself!. i think what you need is counselling so you can get perspective on your problems and start feeling better about yourself!. therapy doesn't always help right away, it takes time- so give yourself some of that time, and give yourself a chance to feel better without the guilt!. ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you are a burden in fact I think that you are honest in what you say!. You see the thing is that people with previous mental health issues should be controlling the Mental Health Network!. I can fully understand you because I myself suffer from depression!.

I believe there are some sensitive souls out there who have never had mental problems and still understand but depressive people are very constant!. and any body who has not been mentally ill will only give a certain amount of concern to the patient before getting bored with them
But some one who has had mental illness will understand and be patient!.

Hang on in there and never give up and pray for a person who has had previous mental health to attend to your needs!.

I use to think so! I was a very depressed person!. I really felt that society and even my family would do better without me!. I was really use less!. I did nothing for my family or society!. Just laid in bed the majority of a lotta of years!. However, in this world as it is, there are many people depressed the way things are!. People fear alot of things and the only treatment the USA is hand out the medication!. So, as much as I hate being on medication it has done me very well!. I am no longer a "burden" to my family or society!. I am actually contributing to help others! So there U have from me!. Hugs to U!. ! :O)Www@Answer-Health@Com

therapy doesn`t work, ok so they`ve been to college and done all the training but have they been in that situation where u have no hope, nothing to look 4ward to, nope coz if they had they wouldnt be doin that job, ive had depression for 5 years now and it has affected my work life, my social life, my relationships, the only thing that gets me through day to day is talking to ppl who are in the same situation, depression is something that u can never get rid of, u can go c a specialist and they tell u how to think positive and all that but then something bad happens in yor life as it does and yor bak at square 1, just talk to friends or family, ppl who know wot u are going thro xWww@Answer-Health@Com

People are more patient than you'd think!. Although there may be a few who feel this way, most people will be sympathetic and try to help you as much as possible!. I'm sure no one feels that you're a burden to them, if they did they wouldn't stick around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
