Paying more attention to someone shy & self-conscious?!

Question: Paying more attention to someone shy & self-conscious!?
I'm VERY shy and reserved and don't talk much at work!. A coworker was saying negative things about another worker while I was in the room!. Attention was brought to me, and I kind of shyly admitted that now I'm worried about what people say about me when I'm not around!. Everyone laughed and then told me the only thing TO say is that I'm a nice person!. I shyly smiled but kept my head lowered and didn't make eye contact!. Maybe it's a coincidence, but ever since that conversation, I've noticed that I've been getting a little more attention than normal!. A few people have complimented me on either my appearance or work ethic and one woman acts curious about the things I'm working on and sometimes asks me about it or just observes me while I'm quietly working!.

I'm just not used to the attention all of a sudden, so I was wondering what you thought of this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why Is Shyness a Concern!?
If you are shy, you may be perceived as less friendly, not interested, or just plain "boring" -simply because you don't know what to say in social situations!.

The shy man gives the impression of being inferior and less able to succeed and provide for the woman and women feel a certain level of contempt, sometimes overt, but sometimes residing deep at a subconscious level for men like us!.
