Question: Anxiety provoked a lot of things how can I stop without medications!? why do people say meditation !?
I have anxiety !.and !. many things with that!.like !. colitis and headache and stomaache!.!. I don't know if prayers could help you to calm down!.!. I am not going to say if they will cure or not!.!. but I would like to compare meditation with prayer!.!. I don't know if is that correct!? well I found meditation hard for me!.!. I can't do that because of time!. I am 21 years old!.!. I am gay and my life is busy with university things!.!. my problems start with being gay!.!. I live in a small town in mexico!.!.my mom knows but not my friends or classmates!.!. I don't think them as my friends!.!. I have been taking efexor and victan but this one I finished but I didn't go back to doctor!.!. I didn't find any result with my anxiety!.!.efexor is 150mg!.!. and victan was 1/2 on mornings and the other part on nights!.!. sorry for my bad english!.!., but people in forum in spanish doesn't answer me very well!.!. I hope to find a help here!.!. I live with fears and ect!.!. I don't know gays here!.

well my doctor gave me that but he is only psquiatric who is able to give you medication!.!. and he only gives efexor because it's the only one that my insurance in the medical center!.!. well medications are expensive here!.!. I took clonazempa at nights for sleeping better!.!. and others!.!. I tried in the past

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

meditation is a good Solution (I know because I have tried it myself in Nepal for month and a half)!. But bear in mind that you need to have stable situation first and afterwords you can combine natural techniques that will help you get over anxiety (there is nothing wrong in taking medications for a while and then when you're better reducing them - until you're fine) good luck! don't give upWww@Answer-Health@Com
