hey bro

still not getting it!?

no worries

the fear you feel is anxiety!.!.!.and from what you say here it appears to be due to a low self-image of yours

how do you perceive yourself!? what do you think about yourself!?

when you focus upon a pure thought for 17 seconds, a vibration is activated within your mind and a new thought of the same essence is drawn

your thought is now a dominant thought and will continue to attract other thoughts like it, until you eventually cut the chain by focusing upon something else

the positive aspect about this is that you can use it for your advantage by focusing upon something that makes you feel good!. and once a positive thought has become dominant, that is your new vantage point of attraction

back to your problem, let's look at what caused your reduced self-esteem

when you keep thinking the same thought over and over for an extended period of time, it will gradually implement into your subconscious mind!. the sequence of time could be a matter of hours or days, depending on how often you think that thought and how long you hold it each time!. the purpose of this is to automate habitual thoughts, so that your conscious mind can be used to what it was primary designed to: to analyze and be aware of your surroundings!. however, when a thought reaches the point of slipping into the subconscious, it becomes what you would call a belief

a belief is only a thought you've kept thinking, so the problem had to start with a dominant thought, which became dominant because you gave it too much attention and focused upon it for too long, without being aware of the harm it might cause you

in this case the thought would have to be something regarding what you believe is the measure of self-worth, which really only is an illusion, because we're all equal from our origin; it is our privilege to live, be, do, have and experience whatever we want, and within yourself you have the tools to create this privilege your own reality

but once you start thinking that one thought, whatever situation triggered it into you, after 17 seconds of pure focus another thought like it is drawn to it, and then after another 17 seconds another thought like it, and for each 17 second sequence of pure thought you pass another thought of the same essence is drawn to it!.!.!.and now you have a chain of thoughts in the essence of inferiority!

this might be a little beyond your question, but will hopefully give you a better perspective of where you stand right now and why

i don't yet know how to turn this, to become aware of our beliefs and disconnect them!.!.!.but i think a good starting point for you would be to treat yourself with love and respect!.!.!.at least it won't harm you (;Www@Answer-Health@Com

An overly negative self image combined with wanting to hide and escape sounds like depression to me!. You should probably see a psychiatrist or counselor!. If you're in high school, they probably have a counselor right in the building who you can see for free!. Most colleges also have a counseling center as part of their student health center too!. Seeing somebody, even if you don't want to or don't think you need to, is really helpful!. Even if you don't need or want medication, they can help you develop healthier thought patterns that will keep you from feeling this bad!.

In the meantime, remember that being popular does not make you a good person, and being unpopular does not mean you are a loser!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
